- Physical damage — cracked glass, broken display, blue spots, green lines, ink leakage
- Water or moisture damage, including fungus from sweat or liquid
- Out of stock — customer provides time, or accepts a 50% refund
Not Covered
Exclusions
- White spots (warranty strictly not applicable)
- Faults caused by the motherboard (no display/battery replacement if the core issue is the board)
- Video proofs recorded on another phone — issues must be shown live, in person
- Display and battery replacement applies to a one-time change only. Standard service charges apply for the replacement process.
